[IEEE] EDTM 2023 개최 안내_2023년 3월 7일~10일, 서울 COEX

2023년 3월 7일 – 3월 10일에 서울 COEX에서 IEEE 공식 EDTM 국제 학회 행사인 “EDTM 2023”이 개최 될 예정입니다.
“Strengthen the global semiconductor research collaboration beyond the COVID-19 pandemic era” 라는 주제로 재료, 프로세스, 장치, 모델링 등 기기와 제조에 관련한 “Technical Session”, “Tutorial/ Short Course” 등 다양한 프로그램을 준비 하고 있으니, 반도체공학회 회원분의 참여 (논문/포스터 제출 및 학회 참석 등록)를 통해 성공적인 학술 대회가 될 수 있도록 많은 관심과 참여 부탁 드립니다.
